Corrida Yokley
With 13+ years at Amazon, I am a senior inclusion and employee engagement leader driving strategy for a global workforce of more than 1.5 million employees, spanning both corporate teams and Customer Fulfillment associates.
My work is grounded in data, research, and employee insights, translating qualitative and quantitative signals into scalable inclusion strategies that improve engagement, participation, and representation across regions and roles. I partner with cross-functional teams, employee communities, and senior leaders to design and execute programs, communications, and experiences that are both human-centered and measurable.
I am motivated by creating environments where all employees feel seen, supported, and empowered to contribute fully, because inclusive cultures—when informed by data and executed with intention—drive trust, performance, and long-term impact.

I was only 3 years old when the ski bug bit me. That's where my athlete story began.
At the age of 6, I competed in my first races for the Luxembourg Hiversport Club LUX. In early 2015, I decided to join a BOSV ski club, the RAKS. From 2018 to 2021, I was selected to join BOSV KADER (Berner Oberländischer Skiverband) as a member of the BOSV Performance Centre.
Though my first year at FIS was all about experience, I've achieved way more:
- Selected to perform at the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing for GS and SL as the youngest competitor.
- Racer result: Top 10 World Ranking (birth year category 2005)
- Two podium places in a FIS race

I am a certified practitioner in Neuro Agility, Neuroscience Transformation, and High Performance. For the last sixteen years, I have been dedicated to helping organizations enhance their performance. However, during my professional journey, I had a realization that the very expertise I had honed for others - brain awareness, emotional mastery, and neuro agility - was also important for my own personal development, resilience, and growth. To make a meaningful impact on others, I had to fully immerse myself in these practices and overcome my limitations. By applying these neuroscientific principles to myself, I not only deepened my understanding but also enriched my capacity to connect with and empower others who face similar challenges like me.

I believe nutrition is a science, but eating is a behaviour.
And behaviour lives inside a human being, with a nervous system, emotions, habits, stories and seasons of life.
Plateful Nutrition was born from a simple question:
What if nourishing yourself didn’t feel like a battle, a plan, or a performance, but like a relationship you learn to listen to?
Today, I work with individuals and organisations to bridge science and spirituality, food and feeling, performance and presence, so health becomes something you live, not something you chase,

The Perimenopause Empowerment Specialist
I resigned from a well-paid job because I couldn't keep my trail of thoughts even if my life depended on it
I was at the peak of my career when hormonal imbalance symptoms struck me hard. I experienced anxiety, procrastination, headaches, mood swings, reduced concentration, and low sexual drive. These struggles ultimately led to the end of my marriage.
This prompted me to embark on a healing journey to take control of my health, especially when my OB/GYN considered it normal to suffer through perimenopause.
Now, as a Certified Sexologist and Perimenopause Empowerment Specialist with over 80 clients and thousands of hours of experience, I’ve identified what it takes to thrive during perimenopause. It would be an honor to support you on this journey.
